Novvia Group is acquiring a plastic container distributor in Southern California. The St. Louis-based company said financial terms for Innovative Container Corp. of La Mirada, Calif., were not disclosed. Innovative, in business since 2009, also distributes metal, glass and corrugated containers, out of a 20,000-square-foot location. The company provides rigid packaging including pails, drums, bottles, jugs, jars and cans to end markets including paints and coatings, chemicals, inks, food and emergency preparedness, Novvia said.
