The Long Beach Unified School District isn't the only educational agency in the area with an election on Nov. 8. Voters across the Long Beach area, in fact, will soon decide who they want to represent them on their local school boards. Here is a look at the non-LBUSD school board races in the Long Beach area that will be on the November ballot. ABC Unified School District Voters who live within this school district's boundaries will decide on board members for three of the seven trustee areas. ABC Unified's boundaries comprise Artesia, Cerritos and Hawaiian Gardens, as well as portions of Lakewood, Long Beach and Norwalk.
