Christopher Castile is best known for his role as Mark Foster in Step by Step. He began acting at just seven years old appearing in several commercials. He also got one of the main roles in the first two Beethoven films. His career seemed to be going strong in the '90s until he abruptly quit when Step by Step was canceled. Christopher retired from acting in 1998 and said that the reason was that he felt unfulfilled by acting. So, he branched out and started on a new path. Christopher attended college in Southern California and wrote an autobiography about his life and experiences in Hollywood.
